  • Domestic (India): Standard delivery in 3-7 business days after dispatch; expedited options may deliver in 1-3 business days.
  • International: Typically 7-14 business days after dispatch; customs clearance may extend timelines.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by peak periods or force majeure.

Shipping rates

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.
  • Any promotional free shipping thresholds will be displayed on relevant pages and usually apply to domestic orders unless stated otherwise.

Order tracking

  • Dispatch confirmation with tracking number is emailed; tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.

P.O. boxes and restricted addresses

Undeliverable, lost, or stolen packages

  • DAP/DDU: Recipient pays duties, taxes, and import fees at delivery; refusal can cause returns or abandonment, and initial shipping plus return costs may be deducted from refunds where permitted.
  • DDP: If duties are collected at checkout, no additional fees are due at delivery; order confirmations will indicate prepaid duties.
  • Customs processes may delay delivery beyond carrier estimates, based on HS code and destination rules.

Shipping restrictions

Failed delivery and returns-to-sender

Cancellations and modifications
